Every application is reviewed and approved by a person, so it is not automatic and it is not instant. Everyone applies through the same short form, and every application is read the same way.

MSPs are approved at no cost. Applicants in other sectors are shown the current rate first, and your rate is always confirmed on application, before anything is charged.
