Privacy and Cookies Policy
Effective Date: 19 October 2026
- Introduction
Syrvi Ltd (company number 16177056) ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy.
We utilise cookies on our website. Except for those cookies that are essential for delivering our website and services, and the cookie our landing pages use to measure, in aggregate, how they are used (see section 5.5), we will request your consent to use cookies when you visit our site for the first time.
This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").
- Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
a) Personal Information: Name, email address, postal address, phone number, job title, company name, and other contact information you provide to us.
b) Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and the dates/times of your visits.
c) Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our Services, including the device type, model, and unique device identifiers.
d) Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities.
- How We Use Your Information
We may use your information for the following purposes:
a) To provide and improve our Services.
b) To personalize your experience.
c) To communicate with you about our Services, including updates, announcements, and marketing materials.
d) To respond to your inquiries and requests.
e) To monitor and analyze usage trends.
f) To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security incidents.
g) To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The AI Search Scorecard
When you complete the AI Search Scorecard (syrvi.ai/ai-search-scorecard/) and ask for your results, we collect:
a) your first and last name, email address, company name, company website and job title;
b) your answers to the ten questions and your score;
c) whether you ticked the box to receive our emails;
d) the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you used, so we know which channels bring people to the scorecard.
We use this information to:
a) show your score and email you a link to your full report;
b) follow up with you by email about your score and how we could help. We do this because you asked us about our services (our legitimate interest);
c) send you occasional emails about getting found on Google and in AI answers, but only if you ticked the box (your consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Your report link contains only your ten answers. It does not contain your name or email address.
Zoho processes your details for us: its form, CRM and email services store them in Zoho’s EU data centre. Our own automation service passes your entry from the form to our CRM. We keep scorecard entries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and then delete them, unless you become a client.
The scorecard and the pop-up that invites you to take it store a few small notes in your browser. They use local and session storage, not cookies:
a) your progress through the questions, until you close the tab;
b) that you have seen the invitation (kept for 14 days);
c) that you clicked it (kept for 90 days);
d) that you have completed the scorecard, so we do not invite you again.
These notes contain no personal details and are not sent to us. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
- How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:
a) Service Providers: Third-party vendors and service providers who assist us with providing our Services, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and email marketing providers.
b) Business Partners: Companies with whom we partner to offer joint products or services.
c) Legal Authorities: Government agencies, law enforcement officials, or other third parties when we are required to do so by law or legal process.
d) Affiliates: Our subsidiaries and affiliates.
e) Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
- Cookie Policy
5.1 About Cookies
a) A cookie is a small file containing an identifier (a sequence of letters and numbers) that a web server sends to your browser, which then stores it. Each time your browser requests a page from the server, this identifier is sent back.
b) Cookies can be either "persistent" or "session" cookies. Persistent cookies remain stored in your browser until they reach their expiry date or are deleted by you beforehand. Session cookies, however, are temporary and expire once you close your browser.
c) Typically, cookies do not hold any personal information that directly identifies you. However, any personal data we store about you may be linked to the information collected through cookies.
5.2 Cookies We Use
We utilize cookies for the following reasons:
a) Authentication – to recognize you when you visit and navigate our website;
b) Security – as part of our security measures to protect user accounts, prevent fraudulent login attempts, and safeguard our website and services;
c) Advertising – to help us show advertisements that are relevant to your interests;
d) Analytics – to analyse how our website and services are used and perform; and
e) Cookie Consent – to remember your preferences regarding cookie usage.
5.3 Cookies from Our Service Providers
Some of our service providers also use cookies, which may be stored on your device when you visit our site.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This tool collects data through cookies to generate reports on website usage.
You can review Google’s privacy policy here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.
We use Zoho SalesIQ for the chat on our website. It sets cookies so that your chat can continue as you move between pages.

5.5 Our Landing Pages (marketing.syrvi.ai)
We use Zoho PageSense to see, in aggregate, how people use our landing pages: where they click and how far they scroll. We use this only to improve the pages. It doesn’t identify you and we don’t use it for advertising. To do this it stores a small cookie in your browser. You can opt out at any time: choose Decline in the cookie notice, or use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of each landing page.
If you choose Accept, we also record your visit to the page (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement; anything you type is hidden), and we use Google Analytics cookies and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to see which of our ads bring people to the page. None of this happens unless you accept. Without Accept, Google Analytics only receives basic page-visit signals that use no cookies.
